Group Coaching Every Week

Our goal is for you to feel good inside and outside and to be completely happy with yourself. When there is disharmony, we feel dis-ease either emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. We can be as financially abundant as we want, but without peace of mind and a healthy body, we have not achieved true wealth. These weekly sessions are aimed to heal and maintain our system balanced, healthy and in harmony with our purpose.

Every Wednesday. Weekly sessions are 30-45 minutes each.

Live via zoom.
If you can’t make it to the live session, recording will be available for a
week.

Each week will focus on different aspects of our wellbeing. For example strengthening the physical body, addressing pains and aches. The emotional body also needs attention: stress, tension, anger and fears might take away the joy of life.

We will use different forms of healing such as mindfulness, meditation, visualizations, breathing techniques, and Pranic Healing which is a form of energy healing that aims to balance and harmonize the body’s energy. Incorporating self-care and weekly healing sessions into your routine can have a range of benefits for both your physical and mental well-being.
